  • Have a light snack before your appointment instead of a large meal. A small snack can gently encourage baby movement, while a heavy meal may make baby sleepy and less active during the scan.

  • We recommend wearing soft, loose clothing that helps you feel relaxed and at ease. It also makes accessing your belly simple, so you can fully enjoy the bonding experience.
